500g Beef Mince
1 onion
1 carrot
2 cloves garlic
1 tin chopped tomato
250 ml water
4 tablespoon BBQ King
1 Tablespoon Mr Spices Curry Oriental Mild (optional)
2 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
Salt & Pepper
In a large saucepan fry the mince in oil until golden brown
Meanwhile dice all the vegetables.
Stir in vegetables and spices and continue to brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and enough water just to cover and allow to simmer for 30 – 40 minutes.
Once reduced check seasoning and serve with pap or rice.
