Mr Spices Piri Piri Chicken Livers

1kg Chicken Livers

2 Tablespoons sunflower oil

3 Tablespoon Mr Spices Piri Piri Chicken Powder

1 White onion

2 Garlic cloves

2 Tablespoons tomato pure

2 Tablespoon Mr Spices LM Peri Peri Sauce

Handful chopped parsley (optional)

Sauté the chopped onion and crushed garlic in sunflower oil in a large pan.

Add chicken livers and fry over a medium heat until browned.

Add Mr Spices Chicken Piri Piri Powder, tomato paste & Mr Spices LM Piri Piri.

Add a splash of water depending on how saucy you like and allow to simmer on a gentle heat till done.

Finish with parsley and serve with rice or bread.
